BSNL India is back offering full talktime plans for their customers in this festive season.The new plans is offered for 2G aswell for the 3G customers.At now the plan is offered only in Himachal Pradesh telecom circle.As the plan is introduced those who do a Top-Up of Rs.500 can avail a full TalkTime of Rs.500 in their balance credit.
