Eg: OperaMini 5.1 Handler For Java, Other OperaMini Handlers And So.. You can get it from Getjar,Mobile9 or from any of your favourite App download sites.
Install it on your mobile.
Now just go to Configuration and Create a new settings with the following
data.

Port : 8080 or 80
Now open your handler and use the below
settings.
Set Socket Server to

OR
http://203.115.112.5.server4.operamini.com

Note:
Only a version which can mode will only ask you for socket server address and only that type browser can be used for free gprs.
